Boot man says he works for bank sits outside in unknown vehicle waiting for people to go in the bank and give them a boot for any reason possible. Does not work for city of Chicago. Will not take it off your car without payment of $200. It feels illegal and like robbery.

I highly recommend this location they have excellent customer service. The bank representatives always go behind the line of duty to assist their customers.

This is a horrible business! Booting scam on lot, and after hours. Would not recommend visiting this location, as they have predatory booting by Innovative Parking Solutions. $170. It’s illegal. They boot after hours as a scam. Chase allows it. Do not visit this location.
