They are very slow and not enough tellers. I was the first in line and still waited 13 minutes to pay bill.

The impeccable customer service by the private bankers is the reason this grade is given! I've been trying to process an IRA through Chase and only bc of the persistence of Private Client Personnel were we able to resolve an ongoing issue for over 4 Months.
