Hello I was in there at 1020 they didn't see me untill 11 am with six peoples in the office they walk speaking in Latino moving very very slow ,I been to the one on 22 western as soon they see you they ask you have a seat then in two minutes someone is helping you.Yhis Chase on 48 Ashland need to do better in working faster.
