Nice teller. Asked for a banker to help me open a business account. Brought multiple checks to deposit. They were standing around chatting. One came in from a smoke break. Said they were too busy & I’d have to come back another day. I walked across the street to the competition. Much easier. Terrible experience.

I have been banking with Chase for several years now. I always go to this branch for deposits since it is close to home and the staff, especially Lumiere (a bank teller) are super friendly and helpful!
