Chase Bank is a very nice establishment with an upbeat feel. The staff is great, friendly, and provides excellent customer service. Employees are knowledgeable and provide perfect, nice and easy help. However, the unlock system does not work when the doors are locked, and the device is perhaps broken. The wait is not too bad, and the drive-through experience was great. This location receives positive recommendations from customers.
