Terrible service I scheduled an appointment with Erika for a home equity loan 8/15/26 for 9 am and did not received a call or text letting me know they are late or not keeping the appointment. What kind of professionalism is this?

ATM took my deposit money and didn't process the deposit!! Now, I have to go out of my way to call them at THEIR convenience because this place can't be bothered to fix their machines. Choose a different Chase location if you can. This one is always having issues.

Super super horrible locations , 3 days I’ve been wanting to make an appointment for a business bank account and they keep canceling because they’re only “banker” is “busy” or she’s not in today. Any Yns or older people don’t come here just go to another nicer bank or report everyone who works in there
