Poor customer service they will not let you use the bathroom when you in the bank.

The door was locked and I couldn't go out. Have a problem with its sistem. I had to wait till someone else came to enter. It was able to open through outside

They changed the the times to go into the ATMs, forcing you to go the the other branch on 45th Street after 10 PM. Some of us get off late and need money after work, never coming back here again.
