My experiences are always comfortable and pleasant. This specific Citi location provides great and outstanding customer service with every visit. Customers receive a warm greeting and are attended by representatives who are patient, very friendly, helpful, professional, and try to find a solution for any issues. They make processes very simple and easy. Visitors leave feeling very happy with the service, and many travel to this branch specifically for the excellent care. The team at this branch really cares and keeps up the good work. They are to be applauded and highly recommended.

I stepped in to apply for a credit card and I was attended by Nancy. I have been looking to apply for my first card and she made the process very simple and easy. I left feeling very happy with my service. I'd recommended visiting this branch they really care :)
