  This Citibank branch needs to get its act together. I scheduled a notary appointment, was treated with suspicion, by a disgruntled worker who should have been fired years ago and then told to wait 30 minutes due to poor planning.   Attempted to go to security deposit box at 11:30 am on Wednesday. I was told to come back at 1:45pm since the staff were at lunch. So, who is the customer here? Poor customer service
