My experience with DWR and Assistant Manager Tom Berlangero, has been excellent. The after sales support provided by DWR and Herman Miller is truly top-notch as well. I feel confident that any issues with my Embody office chair are handle promptly and to my satisfaction.

Wanted to see a few sofas on the DWR website and was able to set up a next day appointment with Angelica who was so helpful and gave us free shipping on our Ellison Studio sofa! Amazing experience, wish I could buy the whole store 😁

Had a really pleasant walk through and shopping session with the associate. The pieces are pricey but definitely eye catching and worth the price if it's accent pieces you want.
