Hi this was the best experience we had renting a car. Fast in and out didn't have to wait in line checking in and return was easy with workers wait to guide you to a spot to leave vehicle. I know lots of bad reviews but this was a winner, give them a try

i rented a jeep at Chicago airport. there was shuttle to the rental car center. it was quick. shuttle was quick. rep was polite and quick. very easy process. rep helped me find car without me even asking which was very nice to have people ready to assist if need be. overall i had a fantastic experience.

Pickup and drop off presented no problem. I am waiting to see what my cost will be after my deposit is returned to my credit card. All of the Dollar Car Rental personnel I came in contact with were professional and courteous. I would use them again.
