Jacky is outstanding! She provided excellent customer service and handled an annoyingly difficult customer with patience and professionalism. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. Thanks to her, I’ll definitely be referring Extra Space to all my friends and family.
