I took off work to receive a package and the driver never delivers the package. But, marks the tracking status unable to deliver. Ugh!

HORRIBLE LEADERSHIP HERE!!! THEY STEAL PACKAGES AND THEY VIOLATE THEIR EMPLOYEES!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! 0 STARS!!!

Absolutely do not have them deliver anything to you. Call customer service, scream into the phone because their automated service takes forever to get anyone, and then request the package to be held at a store location. Incompetence is at its maximum.
