    I’ve been getting laundry quarters at this bank for almost 2 years and they suddenly refused me and said I would need to setup an account to exchange cash for quarters. Literally asking people for their social security numbers so they can do laundry.. Can this “new policy” can be reversed please?

    Terrible and rude customer service. I went in just to exchange two fives for a roll of quarters and was denied service with no real logical explanation. Terrible Bank!
