Firestone 1st Stop Auto Center is a very customer friendly and honest repair shop. Customers strongly recommend it as an honest and reliable auto center. The team is super nice, communicates very well, and is straight to business. They explain exactly what you are paying for and what needs to be done, without trying to push more charges or unnecessary services. The shop is known for proper repair, getting work done on time, and completing fixes the same day. Prices are reasonable and do not blow your wallet away. The staff often goes above and beyond for customers. The waiting area is neat and comfortable, with a comfy sofa, and offers coffee and cookies. Many customers have used their services for a number of years and for all their car repairs, and they definitely plan on coming back.

Wow!! Amazing. 8 miles from our hotel in Chicago and our tire went flat. They gave us options and had what we needed and put it on immediately. Super nice team and a super nice bathroom ☺️
