“I would give more than five stars if it was allowed on Google! Cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this towing company is and how compassionate and helpful Alex was. Our vehicle broke down in a parking garage in downtown Chicago. they were able to get in to the garage as most companies said that their trucks were too big and would not be able to clear the ceiling. Once they dropped the car off to the mechanic for us, Alex was kind enough to take a photo and send it to us to show us at the car, made it safely to its destination. Very, very grateful for Alex and the young man that he came to help him. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who's in a pinch, especially in the Chicago area.”
“Danny was so awesome today! I scheduled a jump start through StateFarm for 12:30pm, instead I got a call from SD Service at 10:30 and he said he was in the area. He was there in 10 minutes and jumped my car super quickly due to the extreme cold and answered any questions I had. Would for sure recommend!”

“No one ever is ever looking forward to calling a towing service after their car breaks down ( Anyway, with that comment being said ). It is in No way reflective of the two ( 2 ) recent experiences that I have had with Chicago 24 Hour towing ( one on Nov. 24 / 2025 and the other on Dec. 11 / 2025 ). My tow truck operator ( Robert ) both the times that I had to use their service was great ( I was present at one of the towing's and not at the other one ). He was adroit at solving the parking and towing issues involved in getting my car from where it had broken down to the service center. He was also prompt in his arrival time at the pickup locations, with excellent ( and friendly ) customer service, along with very fair pricing in regards to the towing charges. So if you are ever in need of towing services in the Chicago area. I would highly recommend using Chicago 24 Hour towing at 5332 North Elston Avenue.”

They also offered competitive and honest prices. They came highly recommended on the Mt. Greenwood community page, and it's obvious as to why. Sometimes people struggle with Volvos, but they didn't even bat an eye because they absolutely knew what they were doing!”

I had a great experience at Petco Auto Parts & Service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I needed a few parts for my vehicle and some repair work done, and they delivered on both fronts.
The mechanic, Eddy, I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue clearly, without any upselling or pressure. The parts were high quality and reasonably priced, and the service was done on time and with great attention to detail.

“Mr. David came to my stressful rescue in the nick-of-time; when I experienced a dreadful left-bebind episode with a previous Tow Company that sent a driver by the name of Alberto with phone #773-797-××××. I called a provider for Roadside assistance, because my vehicle malfunctioned, while I was on the highway/outterdrive & my vehicle was unsafe to drive any further. When the driver arrived, he told me that he came to get the vehicle & not me. The driver also told me to to get my own ride home. When I started to call the provider to see what happened, Alberto jumped back his truck & stated that he had other pick ups to get & drove off. I was left Stranded, until Mr. David, from CD Plus M & M Towing, came and made it possible for me to receive High Quality Tow Service & Safe passage home! I am very blessed & pleased to finally be treated with excellent assistance!”

“I brought my 2007 Lexus RX350 in because I was experiencing an engine light and VSC lite on my dashboard. After tiring of another auto repair chain, I was recommended to take my vehicle to Wayne of Chinatown Classic. They are so popular, but was fortunate for him to diagnose and identify my ignition coil error codes. I was pleased to find that after he replaced the coils, I no longer have error codes on my dashboard and no more hesitation of my engine's performance. And the final cost of my repair was much less than I expected. I would therefore recommend them for vehicle repairs or servicing. Thanks Wayne..”
“My daughter just recently moved to the Roscoe Village area of Chicago and called me in a panic because her check engine light was on and her car sounded rough. I immediately thought her catalytic converter was stolen. Being new to the area, we did not have a trusted, quality mechanic to inspect her vehicle. Upon researching, I found Sun Auto Service and had my daughter contact them to take a look at the vehicle. Not only did they come out to get her car because she was afraid to drive it there, they confirmed that her converter was gone. They gave her multiple options to save her money and were extremely friendly and, in my opinion, honest. Service was quick. My daughter will definitely use Sun Auto Service for all of her automobile needs in the future.”
“I took a 2015 Mercedes S550 for repair. Extensive damage to the bumper underside and side clips, with scrapes down the side of the vehicle. They accepted the car with 15 minutes' notice on a Friday morning. The work took about 3 weeks, which is understandable given the need for the insurance adjuster to arrive and approve work, and any subsequently needed parts, plus the time for those parts to be shipped in. When the bumper radar was showing code errors, they drove it to a dealership for calibration and back. They were always prepared with a status update, and even took the time to fix some unrelated damage. The car looks like new. I hope I won't have need for it again, but if I do, this will be the place to go.”

“I absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for reliable and affordable towing! Migual was very nice, he helped me in the pouring rain when my engine blew. Most tow trucks take about 2-3 hours at night while raining, JM towing was there in 25 minutes or less. I used them the following day to tow my car to an autoshop, it was same amazing service!!! Also I could not go with the driver to drop my car off because I had class, they were still able to tow it for me and drop the car off safely. 10/10!!!”
