  Bad customer service they sold me a broken watch when i went back to ask them to fix, Nayeli was so rude not willing to help me with the broken item.   Mary and Gisela are basically thieves. They take forever and don’t even actually fix jewelry. I had an issue with an order and they refused to give me a managers information to speak to. I asked over 5 times for a higher up and they kept covering for each other. Horrible service.

  Straight rip off I bought a mold they charge me for it didn’t give it to me because it was broken and then they raise the price on the jewelry do not shop here
