The other place… yes, I can make a list of those. They did not make me feel comfortable. They were not explaining things the way I wanted them to nor being transparent.

New York jewelers offered me $675 and lied to me about the weight of my chain, and offered me more money to sell it to them before i left because they low balled me. Save yourself the trouble and go to Fiancee Jewelry to sell your gold, Pierre is an honest man.”

“I walked in on a random weekday, just happened to be in the area, to look at the Omega Speedmaster in person. I have been in love with the time-piece for quite some time, but I had not seen the piece in person. So, I walked into the Omega boutique at Michigan Ave.
I was greeted immediately by the staff. Keven, who was not assisting any customers at the time, immediately walked to me, and he shook my hand and introduced himself. He asked me if there was anything he could help me out with. I asked to see the Omega Speedmaster, and he immediately walked me to a table. Keven asked me if I wanted anything to drink, then he sat me at a chair and excused himself to grab a few Omega Speedmaster's. Keven made me feel welcomed and valued.
While I did not purchase the Omega Speedmaster that day, Keven gave me his business card and we kept in contact. A few weeks after, I had questions about another time-piece - the Omega Seamaster Professional Diver 300m. I asked Keven if they had the two models I was interested in, and he quickly sent me photos of them. After a days, I went in to look at them, and again Keven made me feel welcomed and valued. On the day I walked in for the SMP300, the time-piece bracelet I needed was out of stock, but Keven ordered the item for me that day. Two days later, Keven had the item for me. So, I went back to purchase the time-piece.
The experience was out of this world. Keven reserved the lounge for me and had the time-piece ready for when I arrived. What a wonderful way to be welcomed into the Omega family.
I have kept in constant communication with Keven since then, and I have went back to purchase other items from the boutique. Each time I have walked in the staff has been friendly and helpful.

“I had some old gold coins (not going to lie, was hoping for a windfall!) that I was taking around for evaluation and possible sale. Chose this shop as 1 of 3 because of their affiliations with professional organizations, convenient location, family business and reviews. I was assisted by both Josh and Ralph. They answered my questions, explained their appraisal process, appeared to genuinely look for ways to give me a maximum buying price and were basically just nice. I also learned that they sold lots of things that I like (particularly watches!) and that they considered the time we spent to now make me eligible for “someone we’ve done business with” pricing. I’ll be back to shop for sure and they’ll be my first stop if I come into any assets in the future.”
