After speaking with him for over a half hour, I left the boutique and ended up coming back a couple of hours later. He was with another customer, but made a point to walk over to me and say he would be with me as soon as possible. His calm demeanor and relaxed approach, made the purchase very simple and I was honored to make this grail watch purchase from him.
