Their treatment is very bad, they are late in dealing and they do not care about the customer. I went to withdraw money and I swear I waited two hours until they gave me my money.👎🏻

very bad service i wanted to ask about some thing but the woman in reception asked me for my ID i said i have passport and she said it must be valide .. why ?! why i need my ID for asking a question also i have an account at this bank so i'm a customer .. dont go to this place
