Jewel-Osco is a great and clean grocery store that is a convenient go-to location. The store layout is easy for finding items. It features a full produce department, a butcher block with an assortment of meat and seafood including sushi trays, a bakery with custom cakes, and a deli with party platters. Services include a pharmacy for immunizations, Grocery Delivery, DriveUp & Go™, and an Order Ahead service for bakery and deli items. The staff is friendly, pleasant, and helpful, often knowing where items are or finding out quickly. The store employs baggers and special needs persons. Some note the aisles could be wider. There is a mention of occasional overcharging issues that require a desk visit. Customers are thrilled with the product range, including specific beverage options.
