“This has been my mother and my cleaners since PJ Cleaners closed years ago. The woman who always helps us, Anna, is sweet and helpful. If I come in alone, she is always asking, "how is momma?" and seems to genuinely be concerned about her well-being. The prices are a bit higher than other cleaners I have used on North Ave, however, location, convenience, and service keep me coming back.”

“I decided to check out Sun Cleaners after my frustrations down the street over at CD One Price on North Ave. Not only was CD damaging my clothes, they weren't really cleaning them as well (clothes returned with the same stains, lint and dirt on them). After one trip, I immediately took my "still-stained" sweater down to Sun Cleaners. They were able to knock the stain out with no problems at all. I've since taken my clothes here for dependable service. It's more expensive than CD, but you get what you pay for - and they're pretty much on-par with other neighborhood cleaners. Plant appears to be on-premise and the staff is pleasant.”
“Parkway Cleaners had a convenient location, on major roads in Oak Park. The surroundings looked peaceful, and they had a parking lot. The parking lot was convenient. Inside the dry cleaners looked clean. I received my dry cleaning in a timely fashion.”
“Very nice, small neighborhood laundromat. Prices are pretty reasonable. Some of the machines don't work but there's plenty to choose from so it's really not a big deal. The machines wash better than any home washer.”

“The machines at Park Avenue Coin Laundry looked like they were typically good. The laundromat had a convenient location. The staff seemed like they would typically be pleasant. The laundromat has a restroom. When I went, machines were coin-operated. There is a parking lot right next to the laundromat.”

“5/5. I came in on a Saturday with a suit, needing to adjust the length of both the jacket and pants by a few inches. I was in a pinch and needed it by Tuesday, which I know wasn't much time for them, but they were super accommodating and made the alterations quickly.”
