Mariano's Pharmacy in Chicago is a convenient and well-stocked grocery store and pharmacy located in Ukrainian Village. The store offers a good variety of overall affordable items, including reduced-price clearance items, and features convenient rooftop parking. While it can be busy and occasionally run out of certain items during peak hours, shopping at optimal times ensures a quick and enjoyable visit. The pharmacy itself is highly recommended, staffed with dedicated and helpful professionals. The pharmacists and technicians go above and beyond to explain medication costs and side effects, help brainstorm options, and provide essential support, especially when contact with other healthcare providers is limited. They offer comprehensive clinical services, administer important vaccinations like flu, shingles, and Tdap shots, and provide helpful advice. Prescriptions can be managed easily with convenient online tools for transfers and refills. The friendly staff and positive atmosphere make it a preferred choice for many in the area.
This is my least favorite Mariano's location. The other locations are larger and cleaner. Good selection of cheeses and baked goods, otherwise no better than other grocery stores. I came down on elevator 2 which really stunk today. Also found bad smells by the "fresh" fish area. Isles are crowded.

This location has really declined in the last couple years. The selection is really limited, many things aren't priced correctly or at all, there's always huge carts and boxes in the aisles and I'm certain the freezers aren't cold enough. On the bright side, I rarely encounter an employee who isn't pleasant.

Amy the pharmacist at this location should be the template for corporate to have at every Mariano's pharmacy's. She went above and beyond to help me with getting the medication i need to maintain my health. All around happy with her.
