I just love MaxMara in Chicago… staff are so nice and friendly, kudos to Marlene! The clothing is just gorgeous! I feel like a star when I spend time there choosing my new outfits!

I agree that alterations is significantly delayed no matter what they promise. The worst part is that these salespeople are on commission and I feel like they are like hawks whenever I walk inside, all competing for the big commission. Makes me very uncomfortable.

Anit the sales person at Max Mara is super helpful and so nice! Their clothing and coats are beautifully well made.
