The team detected a leak in my oil tank and showed me how to check oil level, as a safety precaution, until I have a chance to get the leak repaired. I will never go anywhere else. “Lucas Tire & Auto is great! They were open first thing in the morning—unlike other tire shops in the area—and quickly showed me the issue with my rim. They ordered the replacement right away and even gave my tire a temporary fix so I could get through a couple of days safely. Once the new rim arrived, they installed it and everything has been perfect since. I also really appreciate their veterans discount. Hernan keeps you updated throughout the whole process and is very professional. Recommend!”

“So far so good! José was super responsive & helpful when I got a flat driving down my alley. Called and inquired about price and they gave me the total upfront which, from my experience, is rare in Chicago. I needed a specialty tire asap and they were able to get it next day and had my car ready. Super painless process, it would’ve been same day if I didn’t need the specialty tire (called car dealership and they said 1 day to get tire as well). Hopefully no more flats but if I do I’ll be coming back here. Highly recommend if you want/need a no-fuss easy & quick solution for tires.”
