“I had a wonderful experience at the Jiffy Lube located at 6845 North Ave in Oak Park. They greeted me warmly and with a smile when I arrived and were friendly and professional through out. Christopher T. managed my service and went over everything in clear detail. He was wonderful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and even served complementary coffee. Prices were reasonable (especially compared to my dealership) Highly recommend!”
“I get my oil changed here all the time and they are always thorough and helpful. Today I came in because my check engine light was on and I asked them to check the oil level. But the man that helped me pulled the code, told me what it meant and what kind of repair it was, and assured me my car was not going to blow up if I drove it because he saw I was concerned. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. I needed that so much today. Thank you!”
“The technicians and workers they have at this location are amazing I had a situation where my wheel studs snapped off and I could only make it to Thorntons across the street their manager came across the street and evaluated the situation then sent a technician across the street to fix the car this location is amazing”

“Seth and the crew were very courteous, efficient, and accurate. Great communication in the bay all around. They took really good care of me for an oil change and tire rotation.”
