Rented a Penske truck from them a few days ago and had great service, much better than U-Haul experiences in the past. Vehicle was in fantastic condition, drove well, and check out/in process was smooth and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Elite if I ever need another truck.

I have never had such a smooth experience renting a truck. The customer service was great and they were accommodating with changing my pickup time. I highly recommend Elite and would 100% rent from them again.
