The staff at this bank is the best! But getting rid of the ATM was a . big drawback in accessibility. Now when the bank is closed I either can't get cash or have to walk through the drive thru ATM which isn't good for anyone.

This branch at PNC gives the best feeling of a small bank while offering services of a much larger one. They know me, offer great service and communication, and have products I need while offering solutions with an intelligent approach. Never thought I would rate 10/10 on a bank, but here we are.

Worst location In Chicago. I live down the block and I commute to another location just to avoid this place. There's always only one poor woman working two windows, and the drive through window, all by herself. While a pointless door greeter just stands there and does absolutely nothing but try to make small talk with you.
