I had a poor experience with Lupé. I had planned to place an MTM order, however, I was put off by this associate’s rude and condescending tone on two separate occasions. This is not the service I expect and I would recommend against visiting this location.

Don’t waste your money! My glasses dried out and is frail after 4 years. I reached out to customer service and received no response…. Not worth $800
