Rented a van with an appliance dolly. Just like I thought - it was not provided. But of course, they dis charge me for it. Horrible incompetent service as always with U-Haul. Their employees don’t give 2 f… about anything.

horrible experience. The pickup app was overly complicated, buggy and time-wasting. People working there weren't helping either.

This company should shut down! If you want to extend 24 hours they charge you extra 2 rental day period or you have to drop off 6 hours instead of 24 hours, they don’t give options, they literally force you. You will end up pay 3 days instead of 2. They are thieves. Shut down scam!
