We had the best experience picking up our 20’ UHAUL. Wanda and Franchy were the kindest and were able to assist us. The app had given us issues and they did a fantastic job leaving us more than satisfied!! It was a great start to our move out journey!

Best U-Haul rental experience I've had. The van was practically brand-new and everything ran perfectly. Counter pickup was quick, with friendly staff, and self drop-off was a breeze.

Excellent customer service. Really above and beyond — helped me track down an item I misplaced and made the check in process before that very easy, too.
