They had 2 of the kind of van we pre-ordered sitting in the parking lot but the attendant had a technical issue with his tablet and was just confused and couldn’t help us or give us the keys. We had to cancel the order and find another rental company, I highly recommend Elite Truck Rental instead of using this U-Haul...
