The manager was on hands made sure that everything went well from getting the truck and bringing back the truck… I will rent from that location again and tell friends because of the manager was on hands

It isn't clear when you rent from the uhaul website, but we selected "pick up at counter" online before realizing the keys were supposed to be in outdoor dropboxes with a code. Thankfully someone was able to help us in the hair salon in the building. Drop off is street parking, there isn't a parking lot.
