U-Haul Moving & Storage of Chicago State offers truck rentals and storage with great customer service. The staff is very courteous, super helpful, polite, and thorough. The process is explained well and returns are easy and quick. The setting is clean and warm. The location has new, excellent vans and trucks, and customers can pretty much always rent what they need. Many customers recommend this location and plan to use it again for a great experience.
The online reservation was simple and easy. The young lady and gentleman at the 251 E. 95th store, that assisted me in the office were so patient and kind. They made the process very easy for me. This has been my usual U-Haul office and I have no plans to change it.
