The online Uhaul process was challenging but the onsite staff were a breeze to deal with. They even lent us a dolly for free when the movers showed up without one.

Bait and switched my rental truck. I should report this to U-Haul corporate. Now we're stuck on move-in day with no truck and no alternative location. Unbelievable.
