I have attempted to have communication with this location, Seattle, and corporate for months about my Ubox move from Chicago.

Did not explain the process or rules or charges or anything. Never walked around the vehicle or signed anything. Handed me the key and said, "it's over there...". Vehicle was in rough shape and only had a 1\4 tank to start with! Terrible experience with this location. Uhaul is typically great, just don't go here.

First off, no one went over the vehicle with me nor explained how to use it. I was not given any instructions and the current odometer statement was not signed or marked. The truck box was dirty as well (although I know that there's a charge if I would return it in similar conditions).Â
