This is a really great UPS store here in Chicago. All the staff is amazing, super knowledgeable, and manager Tig Jallow does a terrific job each and every day making sure this location runs with high-efficiency !

Mr Jallow was superb - I needed to change a delivery address, two hours after dropping off a package. He was able to recover the package itself, and replace the label with a corrected one. Well done!
