The branch feels like a small town bank, everyone knows each other. The people are wonderful and help. The branch has great customer service and a manager with kindness takes time to explain problems. Help with large checks, draft and other problems is good. The group of professionals is sweetest, amazing and professionals. Thank the people for kindness, professionalism and good help. Life this bank is good and the service is magnificent.
I got a call from them verifying I wrote a large check because I never write checks. I did in fact write it but that is some great customer service!
