Chastised for not standing in right place in line. They did make sure I didnt get skipped though but could have provided directions a little more kindly.

Sent in a phone for trade in. Location never scanned item as check in. Lost package and denied claim so I am out $500.

One of the worst branches on the north side. Very understaffed and the staff that are there you could tell are quite over it. No customer service whatsoever.
