I've been to this location three times recently, and each time there was no line and the service was fast and friendly. One of the best kept secrets on the south side. If you live in the area, this is the post office you want.

The clerk was nice & cheerful. Pleasantly polite and helpful.

The customer service was awesome, the agent taking my mail asked me a few questions and even called a friend to make sure I had all the items required for passport renewal in my envelope. She was full of positive energy too!!
