I never receive any mail or packages and when I do it’s months worth of mail. I ordered packages and it said delivered but I never received anything. I’ve complained before about my carrier never bringing my mail or packages.

I paid extra for a signature delivery and I have it on video that the usps guy just walked up and threw the package on the porch, now I want my money back if I paid extra for you to do something then do your job or get another one if you don't like the one you got

The guy who works the window is smug and very rude. I don't understand how some people get a job! I don't have to say his name because he does a great job of making himself look bad..very poor customer service.
