I went around midday and the staff on the 2nd floor were very helpful; they worked in conjunction with the customer service desk around the corner to make the process more streamlined.

Rude for no reason telephone customer service. Antagonistic. The bus drivers are already usually rude, the phone people more so. Why is everyone so angry at Ventra.
