It was that time to renew my military service pass; I had issues in the past doing the mail-in option. I know a lot of people complain about the wait; I went on a Monday morning about an hour after the office opened. No line, gave the gentleman my letter and old pass, 10ish min later I was out of there. No fuss.

Elena just help me and she had a pleasant voice. My card was stolen and i have to transfer all my data on a new card. She is a life saver. We just need to be patient that’s it
