Very stressful. It’s like being at the DMV. Slow slow service. But once you get seated, staff is nice. They don’t have enough staff to accommodate the crowds coming in.

Xfinity has fast service, but more outages than they should. Also, the prices are not transparent and got raised without warning, making them even more expensive than they already were, and borderline unaffordable.

Me and my mom try to make phone calls but at random intervals, we're unable to make them. We can only make calls through Wi-Fi calling. Won't recommend this provider for good phone service.
