“Came here as an emergency because I got a flat tire. I am not from the area and was very lost. I walked in not a Sam’s club member, so I was hesitant if they would help. The door attendant pointed me to the tire department. I explained the situation and asked if they could just put the spare on if they didn’t have tires in stock. I came in around 5pm and they closed at 7pm and I could tell they were busy. The worker said they could do it just would take a while. I didn’t mind as they were doing me a favor. He asked for my membership number and I said I didn’t have one. He said I needed to be a member for them to put on the donut. I was like ..really are you serious…but again I was in a bind and needed it done so I purchased the membership. I thought he would charge me as well for the labor of putting on the donut, but he didn’t. I guess it does make sense. If I was already a member it would have been free. The memberships only $50 so I didn’t mind paying. I walked around the store and got food from the cafe, and by that time my car was done. I appreciate them greatly because I was going to change the tire myself, but because of their kindness they made my night a little less stressful. Thank you.”

“Our neighborhood Walmart closed and we were very upset, we formed bonds with the pharmacy staff and we were sure we wouldn't find good ppl like this....That mindset was changed when we switched to the Cicero pharmacy location.We dont always say "WE APPRECIATE" the hard work that the pharm techs do, but Id like to say THANK YOU. The pharm tech, KEVIN, went above and beyond to help me find my dad's eye meds. He called locations, kept me updated and ultimately found one that had it...AND he was able to get medicine brought down from 214.00 with insurance and swapped it to the GoodRx code so it came out to 70.00bucks.Many employers dont often recognize when they have great staff and it often gets overshadowed by the negative reviews n bad apples but PLEASE make sure you appreciate your techs!!!THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!”

“I wanna give a shout out to JOSELYN ???? in pharmacy. I miss yall being on cicero but it's worth the extra drive for excellent customer service and people who know what they are doing. Joselyn did what the other walgreens on western and cermak couldn't. Paxlovid is offering copays up or full payment of the meds just by going on their website and getting the code. She was able to put it in secondary and save me 329.64. She did this in minutes absolutely miss her and the original cermak and cicero crew yall the sugar honey I tea.”

“The staff was very helpful. I wanted a print of a group photo to give as a gift. The mounted photos were all so costly! The staff member recommended printing a 8x10 photo and buying a frame separately. This turned out to be way less expensive! She also helped me use their app to order the print, which turned out lovely.”
