“I have been so frustrated with my old pharmacy's lack of responsiveness and initiated a transfer to this Jewel Pharmacy. They waited on the phone for 2 hours to get ahold of my old pharmacy to complete the transfer. (This was after I had given my old pharmacy Jewel Pharmacy's phone number, and they promised me they would call ??♀️). I am already so grateful for the support and communication I have received.”

“I can’t say enough good things about the CVS on Oak Park Ave & Roosevelt in Oak Park.
I was a loyal Walgreens customer for over 20 years, but during the baby formula shortage I stopped into this CVS out of necessity — and I’m so glad I did. From that very first visit, every single team member — both in the front store and the pharmacy — has been kind, professional, and genuinely helpful.
The staff is consistently prompt and welcoming. I’ve received my flu and COVID shots here and the process was completely seamless — no wait, organized, and stress-free.
A gentleman helped me today and once again reminded me why I switched. The service here is just on another level.

“i’ve always received prompt service and good customer service at this location. lines are rarely long. once there was a problem transferring my Rx from a different CVS location and the pharmacist walked me through how to fix it. i noticed they ask for address verification if you’re picking up for someone else, so be prepared for that if you’re helping out someone by picking up their meds.”
