“I can’t say enough good things about the CVS on Oak Park Ave & Roosevelt in Oak Park. I was a loyal Walgreens customer for over 20 years, but during the baby formula shortage I stopped into this CVS out of necessity — and I’m so glad I did. From that very first visit, every single team member — both in the front store and the pharmacy — has been kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The staff is consistently prompt and welcoming. I’ve received my flu and COVID shots here and the process was completely seamless — no wait, organized, and stress-free. A gentleman helped me today and once again reminded me why I switched. The service here is just on another level. Because of this team, I’m now a loyal CVS pharmacy customer and regular shopper. Thank you for setting the standard for what customer service should be!”

“I normally have a great experience here when I pick up prescriptions, but the last time there was this lady (she seems to be new because I've never seen her before) who was very rude to me. I come here all the time to pick up my prescriptions and occasionally I will ask if I can pay at their register for an item or two that isn't a prescription and they always let me. But this lady scoffed and rolled her eyes at me for asking. No one has ever told me I have to go to the front checkout, so she should've told me if there was a policy change or something instead of giving me an attitude. I'm hoping maybe she just had an off day, otherwise she should not be working in a customer service position.”
