“I am very pleased with the manager whom I dealt with. He was knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. Regarding delivery, he was very accommodating. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I made the mistake a few years ago of going to the Dump and didn't get a Lazy Boy. I had Lazy Boys in the past and should have stuck with them. The couch from the Dump had an indentation from where I sat. This never happened with Lazy Boy. Lazy Boy products sell themselves. That's how well they are constructed.”
“Friendly staff, very friendly delivery and patient layout positioning. There was some confusion about retroactively getting the labor day price but it got worked out.”
“Good experience sales lady directed us to the area. We were looking for furniture and let us browse until we found something.
She was a pleasure to deal with and made the sale”
“What a lovely place! This boutique has a wide variety of pieces and styles to choose from. Their prices are very fair as well. Cyndy was so helpful! She helped us find different styles and sizes as we needed. I would highly recommend a visit here, you will be happy you did!”

“There are places you visit, and then there are places that feel like they were created just for your soul. The Gnome Colony is the latter. ✨
Walking through the doors feels like stepping into a tiny enchanted universe filled with whimsy, beauty, sparkle, and love. Every bauble, every beautiful scent, every little treasure seems to have its own bit of magic.
And then there is Michael. What a beautiful human being. He has this extraordinary gift for making women feel special, beautiful, celebrated, and completely safe to simply be themselves. He doesn’t just sell beautiful things — he creates an experience. You leave feeling a little more feminine, a little more joyful, and somehow reminded that you deserve to be adorned and cherished.
The Gnome Colony isn’t just a shop. It’s a little sanctuary of magic. And Michael is the fairy godfather of it all. 💕✨
If you’ve never been, go. Let yourself wander. Let yourself be enchanted. You may walk out with a beautiful bauble, but you’ll leave with something even better — a little more sparkle in your heart.”
“My experience with this store was great! Bianca is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and made it very easy for me not go to the store to do my purchase online. Thank you”
“Got a VHS-C camcorder and 2 VHS tapes for $10. They’re always fair or even incredibly generous with their prices and are kind when I go. Rock on, get the cheapskates, Martin!”
“My husband and I purchased a sofa in March, 2026. Our sales person, Kaila was excellent! She helped us pick out the firmness of the cushions, the firmness of the back of the couch the material for the couch the material for the pillows with such ease. It could not have been a more enjoyable experience so we just wanted to say thank you.

“I wish I had known about this store before I purchased most of the furniture in my home! You can get much better quality furniture at a fraction of the price. The store is clean, easy to navigate, and the staff is super helpful. I was greeted right when I came in, and the staff was super helpful with all my questions. I will definitely be back and will recommend this store to everyone!”

“I had a great experience at this At Home location. I've been to others before, but was in the area of this store and I was looking for a lamp for my living room. They had a great selection of lighting and everything had its own display. I had asked for help finding where the stock was located and found someone right away to take me to it. I would highly recommend checking this store out of you're looking for anything for you home, outside or inside.”
“I would highly recommend Home Environments. From start to finish, their team was a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly patient as we finalized our decisions and paid close attention to the details throughout the process. Their responsiveness made communication easy, and Anne stood out for her expert advice and outstanding customer service.
The installers were prompt, professional, and extremely kind. They made sure we understood the process every step of the way and took great care during the installation. The results exceeded our expectations.
We truly can’t say enough positive things about our experience. Thank you, Home Environments, for helping make our office remodel a success!”
“For our first experience with costuming framing, we can’t be happier with how our pieces turned out. Angela was a pleasure to work with and helped us find a wood that pairs perfectly with our decor. We’re looking forward to coming back for future projects!”

“This is the only place to purchase Lanzi Carnel nut chew candy. I called a bunch of different stores and nobody knew what I was talking about. I will definitely be back as the store has alot of random things wives live to buy. The person at this location (wish I asked for her name) extremely helpful and made my experience very nice. A gem to visit if your in Elmhurst!!!!”

“We have always enjoyed buying from this Ballard location but our experience Yesterday inspired me to write feedback. Our young daughter was having a difficult time but we had hoped to buy some items for our small renovation while we were in the area. We were about to walk back out as soon as we walked in, but Felicia met us with a smile and was incredibly kind and helpful. Her compassion towards our daughter helped us all to reset and find what we needed. It may seem small but it meant a lot to us. We will absolutely be reaching out to her for future projects!”
“We were having some electrical work done recently and on a tight timeline and decided to update fixtures at the same time. I have zero design skills, so I came in looking for options to replace out dated fixtures but still match our older home. I was especially struggling to find a main overhead fixture for our living room. I met with Maureen and Carla several times, and they helped come up with a great solution to some challenging lighting issues in that room. They spent a ton of time with me to really get to know what we needed, look at pictures, etc. I absolutely love the new fixture, it was a great idea and I never would have thought of something like that on my own. Will definitely be back with any future lighting needs, as they carry a great variety that the big box stores don't and their design staff are wonderful.”
“I brought some aquatic plants for my patio pond. They are on sales (25% off). Besides, other nursery/gardens in my area don’t carry those items so I don’t have much choices.”
“I was very impressed by Kathryn and her staff's outstanding customer service, flexibility, and personalized attention, when I had to special order some products. I love the decor and unique items in the store, which make beautiful gifts. I highly recommend Bench492!”
