“They really need to figure out their checkout situation, they don't want you to use self check out if you have more than 10 items but yet they don't have enough regular cashiers for you to go over there because the lines are so backed up so either put more people on the registers or let people just do their check out and go”

“Talk about GREAT customer service. I had some issues with billing so I went to my local T-Mobile store & tried to get to the bottom of it. While that store (Peru, IL) didn’t help me with any issues. I reached out to Shayce from the Morris store & she actually made me feel like I was being heard, answered my questions, & is helping me get to the bottom of it. If you want to have an overall great experience, feel valued, listened to, & members that will actually go above and beyond, I suggest this store!”
