Sergio is the most dedicated, informative and patient individual at any location I have ever been to. He always knows the latest deals and advertisements for the store and invests time into setting up customers phone(s) as he has had to help me with several phones I have ourch from this location and always come back to for the great customer service.
I would highly recommend this location and company especially if you are lucky enough to be paired with this employee on your visit to help you. Just as a customer remember to kind and courteous if waiting for help as they commonly have low staff and can only help 1-2 customers at a time depending on the current work placed in front of them by customers.
Keep up the phenomenal work and give Sergio a raise/promotion he deserves it !!”

“Located in a modest strip mall is this local favorite. The meat here is fresh and local- you can get 3 different size burgers- allows hearty and dainty eaters to visit exist We had a 1/4 pounder with Swiss and grilled onions- bun was fresh but would have been nice toasted. Bottled beer available with fountain drinks. Would return”

“Verizon in Shorewood has exceptional employees! I switched back to Verizon in March. They were wonderful then. I had been having a very challenging week and come to find out I received an email I was past due. The young gentleman was patient, kind and helpful. He figured out what the problem was and helped me shore things up even though it was close to closing. The next day Ariel was able to further help me to ensure I received billing my preferred way.
Today I lost the phone. The same young man aided me and directed me to sites for finding lost phones. I was crying because, like I said, it was a challenging week. He shared words of having faith that things will get better and the good news...is...I felt this sudden urge to dig through my bags and there it was...my phone!

“Great deals, especially if you're a Sam's member. I'm a current Tmobile customer and even they helped me out here. Please keep in mind the google location shows that it's closer to the street but the Tmobile Kiosk is inside Sam's Club. The staff is also knowledgeable and nice. Highly recommend. Thank you for my upgrade.”
