“They really need to figure out their checkout situation, they don't want you to use self check out if you have more than 10 items but yet they don't have enough regular cashiers for you to go over there because the lines are so backed up so either put more people on the registers or let people just do their check out and go”

“This store is new as of 2023 in Channahon/Minooka. I went in because I needed an upgrade. Jesus was the most helpful cellphone associate I've ever worked with since the dawn of cell phones. “My car showed low oil. I was in Rochelle, IL on a Sunday afternoon. I had to drive 70 miles to get home. Petro was recommended to me by some people I just spent time with. I went there and they only had oil for trucks. These wonderful mechanics went across the street and got oil for my car and added it for me. I am so grateful as I know nothing about cars and was afraid to get on the interstate with the low oil showing on my dashboard. That was service above and beyond and I am so very grateful to these wonderful people.”

“Talk about GREAT customer service. I had some issues with billing so I went to my local T-Mobile store & tried to get to the bottom of it. While that store (Peru, IL) didn’t help me with any issues. I reached out to Shayce from the Morris store & she actually made me feel like I was being heard, answered my questions, & is helping me get to the bottom of it. If you want to have an overall great experience, feel valued, listened to, & members that will actually go above and beyond, I suggest this store!”
