“Every aspect of my interaction with National Car Rental Was positive. When I initially went in to rent the vehicle, I was greeted by the person at the counter. He was pleasant, helpful, and very professional. It probably took less than 15 minutes from the time I arrived at the counter until I was leaving with the keys. The car was perfect for my needs. It looked brand new And was easy to operate. The return of the rental vehicle was even easier. I had filled out all the information needed for the return in paperwork that had been provided when I initially received the vehicle. I handed the information and the key to the person at the counter And that was pretty much all I had to do! All in all, it was a very easy and positive experience.”
