I speak from personal experience that the staff is attentive to the needs of your dog and will absolutely go above and beyond to ensure that your pet is provided with the best care, including a trip to the emergency vet on a Saturday evening without hesitation. I have been using MPK for several years and my dogs are always healthy, happy, and have never lost and weight during a stay with them. I will never be able to fully thank them for the attention they gave to my dog who fell ill, to NO fault of theirs, during a stay with them.
